Participation in a UIU Webinar, hosted by Big Bang LLC, and any associated/advertised prize is subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Eligibility
Webinar registration is open to all U.S. Residents, and any resident of countries eligible for Amazon International Shipping, that is 21 years of age and older. Approval of registrants is at the sole discretion of Big Bang LLC and is in part subject to webinar availability. Current customers and agents of current customers, employees or agents of Big Bang LLC or any affiliate organization, or family members of employees or agents of Big Bang LLC or any affiliate organization are not eligible to receive prize. Void where prohibited. Limit (1) prize per person per organization.
Participation
No purchase necessary. Registrants must have completed the webinar registration form with a valid business-class email address (Gmail, Hotmail, etc. domains are generally not considered valid). Approved participants must view the webinar in its entirety, be signed on to the Citrix GoToMeeting Webinar for the duration of the webinar, and complete the survey immediately following the webinar in order to establish eligibility for any associated/advertised prize. All information associated with survey information, or gathered during the process of validation, will be treated according to the Big Bang LLC Privacy Policy.
Claim and Delivery
Prizes will vary based on the nature of the webinar and will be publicly advertised directly associated with the corresponding webinar. The Prize Recipient (“Recipient”) is solely responsible for all local, state, federal or other taxes associated with the prize received. The Recipient's right to his/her prize is nonsalable and nontransferable. The Recipient will be notified via the email address provided on the webinar registration form. The Recipient will be responsible for providing all necessary information required to deliver the prize. Recipients have 15 days from the notification date to provide all required information to initiate prize delivery. Failure to respond within 15 days will result in a forfeiture of the prize. Eligible Prize Recipients allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize.
Indemnification
By participating in a UIU Webinar, each registrant agrees to release and hold harmless all employees of Big Bang LLC, officers, agents or representatives from all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the prizes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Recipients agree, as a precondition for the receipt of any prize, to execute all releases and other documentation reasonably requested by Big Bang LLC.
Each registrant may be required to respond to initial inquiries, sign a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting the prize, the Recipient agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law or by the Big Bang LLC privacy policy. If the selected Recipient cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or fails to timely return requested information or the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account or telephone number if no e-mail account is provided.
If, for any reason, the UIU Webinar is not capable of presentation as, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of eligible recipients, Big Bang LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the delivery of prizes. Big Bang LLC is not responsible for delivery of any prize to registrants outside the scope of Amazon International Shipping.
